Integrated particle generation readings were taken during cavity (see blog above) assembly by a Suction Head of the Solair 3100 Particle Counter. For clamps the head was located beneath the clamp insertion zone on one side of the top flange. For nuts and bolts it was located beneath the center of the lower flange, mounted on a tripod. The reading for Clamp assembly was 3282 particles. The reading for bolts and nuts was 5838.
